We think these are the best tapioca pearls available on the market. Raw uncooked boba in a sealed bag can be stored in your pantry for around 6-12 months. Cooked boba will have to be consumed within 4 hours.

HOW TO MAKE TAPICOA PEARLS FOR BUBBLE TEA
Boil 10 cups of water for each 1 cup of boba pearls in a pot
Add tapioca balls slowly into boiling pot and stir slowly
Wait until the pearls go with the flow, then cover the pot.
Cook on MEDIUM Heat for 4 minutes.
Turn off heat and simmer to adjust chewiness.
Drain water, mix pearls with brown sugar, molasses, or honey for additional flavor.
Pour in your favorite mix like taiwan milk tea or taro mix, add cream to taste.
Store unused portions in the refrigerator for no more than 4 hours.
